Note: We have a NO REFUND POLICY on digital downloads that are purchased.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, custom orders) are not eligible for return.
Refunds - Exchanges - Damaged or Incorrect Items
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a seven business days after receiving the item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We offer exchanges for defective items, subject to availability:

- Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
